Your order will be shipped within 3-4 working days. Please understand that we only ship on working days.
You will receive your consignment number by e-mail as soon as your parcel is packed.
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us - we will do our best to make shipping possible.
Within Germany, your shipping costs are free of charge from an order value of € 200.00. Within Austria, your shipping costs are free of charge from an order value of € 150.00. Within the EU, your shipping costs are free of charge from an order value of € 250.00.

We ship with DHL and Austrian Post.
We offer Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Master Card, PayPal, bank transfer (on request), Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa as payment options.
Shipping outside the EU does not include any taxes or customs duties that may be levied by the customs authorities of the destination country. All applicable duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the shipment. Equos Aurora has no control over these charges and assumes no responsibility for their payment.
Delivery within the EU takes 5-7 working days depending on the country. International deliveries can take 10-20 working days.
If you order products with different delivery times, we will send all items together in one delivery. The shipment will be made according to the longest delivery time. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
If a parcel is returned to us by the shipping company because it was not picked up at the specified parcel center, a partial refund will be made. The refund amount corresponds to the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs for the return shipment and a processing fee of €20 to cover our costs and the expenses incurred.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, COMPLAINTS, PAYMENT REFUNDS
Of course, you can return your order or parts of it to us within 14 days without giving any reason. If you would like to return your order, please contact us in advance by email at office@equosaurora.com or via the contact form, stating your order number, and we will of course be happy to exchange your goods, but please bear in mind that we will have to charge you the shipping costs again. If you are not sure about a size, you can contact us at any time using the contact form or by email.

The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, provided the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. Of course, you are free to return the goods with the shipping service provider of your choice. Additionally, we charge a flat processing fee of €5.00 for each return. This amount will be offset against the refund of the purchase price. Returns sent without postage will not be accepted!Please note that insurance is recommended, as we cannot accept any liability for private shipping.

Please ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition (incl. velvet bag, etc.) and in its original packaging. The labels must not be removed, the product must be unworn and must not show any signs of wear. As a rule of thumb, you can test the products in the same way as you would in a store. If there are hairs or other impurities on the product, we will charge a processing fee of €9.95 in any case. Depending on the time required to process a return with hair or dirt, the processing fee may be higher. The processing fee of €9.95 is due every 30 minutes (per 0.5 hours of processing time). The amount will also be offset against the refund of the purchase price.
If a return is rejected by our returns department because the returned item does not meet the return conditions, you are obliged to purchase the item. In this case, the item will be returned for a processing fee of €7.95. We will contact you so that the process can be completed within a period of 3 months. If we do not receive a response from you within this period, unaccepted returned items will be disposed of. We accept no responsibility for the short-term storage of unaccepted returns.
After receipt of the return and subsequent inspection, you will be refunded the purchase amount for the returned items minus processing fee(s). If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs (if incurred by you) will also be credited. Returns will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the parcel. The credit will be issued to the payment method you selected during the ordering process. A different payment method is not possible for the refund. vouchers used for the order will be regenerated by us and then sent to you by e-mail. They can then be redeemed as usual.
Of course, we are also happy to exchange unused goods, but please note that we will have to charge you the shipping costs again.
