Of course, you can return your order or parts of it within 14 days without providing any reason. If you wish to return your order, please contact us in advance with your order number by email at office@equosaurora.com or through the contact form. You are also welcome to process the return via our self-serve system. Of course, we can also exchange your order for you, but please keep in mind that we will have to charge you for the shipping costs again. If you are unsure about a size, you can always contact us via the contact form or by email.
The return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, provided the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods. Of course, you are free to return the goods with the shipping service provider of your choice. If you use our self-serve system and we provide you with a return label, the return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, we charge a flat processing fee of β¬5.00 for each return. This amount will also be offset against the refund of the purchase price. Returns sent without postage will not be accepted!
Please ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition (including velvet pouch, etc.) and in the original packaging. Labels must not be removed, the product must be unworn and must not show any signs of use. As a rule of thumb: You may test the products to the extent you could in a physical store. If there are hairs or other contaminants on the product, we will charge a processing fee of β¬ 9.95 in every case. Depending on the time spent processing a return with hair or contamination, the processing fee may be higher. A processing fee of β¬ 9.95 is charged for every 30 minutes (or part thereof) of processing time. This amount will also be deducted from the refund of the purchase price.
If a return is rejected by our returns department because the returned item does not meet the return conditions, you are obliged to purchase the item. In this case, the item will be sent back to you for a processing fee of β¬ 7.95. We will contact you so that the process can be completed within a period of 3 months. If we do not receive a response from you within this period, non-accepted return items will be disposed of. We assume no responsibility for the short-term storage of non-accepted return goods.
Upon receipt of the return and subsequent inspection, you will receive a refund for the returned items less any processing fee(s). If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs (if incurred) will also be credited to you. Returns are processed by us within 10 working days of receipt of the package. The credit will be issued to the payment method you chose during the ordering process. A different payment method for the refund is not possible.
Vouchers used in the order will be reissued by us and sent to you by email afterwards. These can then be redeemed as usual.
